If you look at the tabs across the top of the page you will see a SIGNATURES tab.  The signature functions are all in here.  Currently it allows you to host your own custom signature which will be ranked and displayed on the top 40.  This will also get your forum listed in the top 40 forums as a referrer.   

Custom signatures must be jpg format and 600x150 pixels or less in size.   

When you have uploaded it you will be shown a box with the signature bbcode displayed.  All you have to do is cut and paste it into your own signature box on your favourite forum(s).
